 Gifts with a Twist is a firm believer in providing the best service possible. Please let us know when placing your order if you have any specific requests. There will be an additional charge for rush orders. After you place an order, you will receive an email from us confirming that we have received it. 

Item Subsitution

We strive to keep our gifts exactly as they are shown. We carry a large inventory of each item. Unfortunately,there are times due to manufacturers' availability that we are not able to obtain the exact item as shown. In this case we subsitute the item with a similar one of equal or greater value.
