Shipping and Delivery

We offer local delivery in the metro St. Louis, Missouri area for all of our products. Our carrier of choice to ship gifts nationwide is United Postal Service (UPS) Ground. Orders shipped via UPS will be delivered based on the type of service selected. We gladly process and ship your orders Monday through Friday- excluding holidays. Saturday and Sunday are not considered delivery days for gifts shipped UPS unless Next Day Saturday is used.

 

You will receive an e-mail with tracking information when your order has shipped. We will contact you via e-mail or phone if we foresee any shipping delays. Approximate UPS Ground Service shipment times are shown below. Please note that UPS Ground Service shipment times are not guaranteed and do not include our production time.

Late Delivery:

We will work hard to produce and deliver your order as quickly as possible, but we cannot guarantee specific delivery times. If your order arrives late due to a UPS problem, then we will work with you to try to get a credit from UPS for their amount of the shipping cost. Late arrival does not apply to ground shipments. It ONLY applies to guaranteed services such as Next Day or 3 Day Select. The cost of the product cannot be refunded due to delivery delays.

 

Changes in Shipping Information or Incomplete Addresses:

If the package has already been processed by UPS or wired to its destination, a rerouting fee of $25.00 will be charged to your credit card. If your order is returned as undeliverable, then you will have the option of reshipping the order for the additional shipping charge or receiving a credit of 50% of your order.

 

 

The order is not 100% refundable because food, flowers, and balloons cannot be reused. Shipping fees are not refundable.
